Robert Clark has had an extensive career in municipal energy project development and consulting covering a wide range of sustainable energy issues. Robert focuses on technical analysis, financial appraisal, commercial and strategic planning and project implementation.

For more than 25 years, he has advised on low carbon design for major property developments, provided feasibility and implementation support – covering renewable energy generation, district heating and energy efficiency projects and programmes. He has supported a wide range of municipal authorities, government departments (notably BEIS) and property and energy project developers.
