Mr. Iso-Herttua has over 40 years of experience in engineering , design and implementation of district heating and cooling networks and associated energy centres for Helsingin Energia (Municipal Energy Company of Helsinki).
In essence, Pekka has been involved in engineering and design of all current District Heating and Cooling plants operated by Helsingin Energia.
In 2006 Pekka was assigned as the project manager to construct the largest combined heating and cooling plant in the World – Katri Vala Heat Pump Station in Helsinki.
Pekka joined Greenfield in 2011 and has acted as a senior advisor for District Heating and Cooling projects in Finland and the UK.
In addition to his project management skills, Pekka maintains specific expertise in automation, electrical and process engineering.
